The company was founded in 1982, focussing on on the maintenance and repair of heating appliances, at that time quite a niche market since central heating technology was advancing rather quickly.

The business started to flourish to such an extent that three members of the Lloyd family were involved, so as well as maintenance were able to offer installation services as well, covering all aspects of plumbing and heating work, both gas and oil-fired, and gaining factory approval from many manufacturers.

In 2010 David Lloyd took sole responsibility for the company, continuing to develop the business which maintains its family tradition, satisfying the heating requirements of existing and new customers, domestic and commercial.
